You can submit your Record Book for judging at 3 levels (Club, County, and State); however, per Santa Clara County guidelines, you must first qualify at the previous level before going on to the next level.
Submit your book through the Online Record Book system (ORB) or by hard copy and adhere to the prerequisites and deadlines listed below for each level. You should have a green record book cover to put all papers in, let us know if you need a green cover.
CLUB LEVEL
Submit your book to Catherine Kilkenny and Fiona Reyes by Thursday, July 7th, so that your book is ready to submit to Fair. Call (408-307-5874) or e-mail us in advance to set up a time to hand in your book to Fiona's house.
Club Judging will be the weekend of July 9th and 10th, we need adult volunteers to help judge, so let us know if you are available. RecordBooks will be returned by Saturday, July 16 for revisions.
COUNTY LEVEL

- Complete the 2015 Quick Start Record Book Course (must be completed annually). Due: Thursday, June 3

- Record Books must be turned back in to us by Monday, August 8th (after Fair) for County Judging
STATE LEVEL
There is an additional prerequisite for submitting your book for State judging:
- Turn in the Intent to Submit form to County 4-H Office http://4h.ucanr.edu/files/207081.pdf. Due Tuesday, June 30
- State Record Books are due to the County Office October 21st
